Acting on behalf of the Client Representative and Development Manager of a JV of ME investment groups, successfully provided long-term asset management support leading up to the disposal. Roles included:
- Acquisition advice of shell building.
- Development and valuation advice for site optimization
- Operator selection
- Budgeting and performance reviews
- Advising on refinance of £200+ million debt facilities
- Advising on insurance and refit following fire at the asset
- Advising on potential marriage value and development opportunity of recombing the asset with the Grosvenor House Hotel
Role : Supporting developer and minority stake holder throughout their 12-year involvement
